Payments

We accept PayPal which is a secure and easy online payment option with either your credit card or bank account, just set-up a free PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
If you live in Australia, we can also accept cheque / money order or direct deposit, just email us at info@pixe.com.au to work it out.

Shipping

We make every effort to process and deliver your order as promptly as possible. We strongly suggest you use a delivery address where someone can safely receive your parcel. Delivery can normally be expected within 7 days for domestic shipping and 10-20 days for international shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Australia, via Express Post Parcel):
1-2 items = AU$8.00
3-6 items = flat rate of AU$14

International Shipping:
The above prices will be converted once you proceed through checkout.

Customs and international duty:
Please be aware that your order may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority for applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

Returns

Accepted within 14 days of shipping for an exchange of another design or size. We do not do refunds. Returns must be accompanied with the packing slip and be in resealable condition. Please also include a pre-paid self addressed post package for the shipping of the new order. Allow 2-3 weeks for the exchange to process. Please email us at info@pixe.com.au prior to making the exchange, to confirm if we have the available stock for the new order.
